Eartec UltraLITE Overview
The Eartec HUB9SMXS UltraLITE 9-Person HUB Intercom System includes one HUB Mini Base Station, eight UltraLITE Single Remote headsets, one Max 4G Single headset, nine LX600LI lithium batteries, an eight-port charger, and a large soft-side case. It is designed to accommodate nine-person crews who need to communicate wirelessly while simultaneously working with their hands. This system is designed to work in the United States.
The Hub is designed to extend the range of your existing Eartec wireless system by over 1000′, and moreover, to be portable; you can wear it on a belt, and thus allow your hotspot to travel with you, or place it in a single, changeable location. The UltraLITE single and dual headsets works in conjunction with the Hub for controlling the voice communication between users. They provide two-way voice communication and the microphone arm can swivel 270°. The Max 4G Single headset features an adjustable headband and a boom arm that rotates 270° and automatically mutes when placed in an “up” position.

Expand the capacity of UltraLITE wireless headsets with the HUB Mini Duplex Transceiver Base for 1 Plug-In & up to 8 Wireless UltraLITE Headsets from Eartec. This transceiver can be used when on-the-go as it comes equipped with a LiPo battery or it can be plugged-in using the included AC adapter. Regardless of how you power it, the HUB offers 1/4-mile range along with two channels of communication as well as DECT technology making it easy to stay connected across the job site.

The USA version UltraLITE Single-Ear Remote Headset with Rechargeable Lithium Battery from Eartec is a self-contained, replacement full-duplex wireless intercom headset. It can be used to provide simultaneous talk and two-way voice communication for users that need to work with their hands, yet also require one ear free to listen to what is going on around them.
The system eliminates belt-worn radios because all electronics are built into the ear cups. The fully adjustable noise cancelling microphone ensures effective voice communication.

Eartec Max 4G Single Headset with Dual 3.5-2.5mm Connectors
Designed to be used with UltraLITE HUB full duplex wireless intercoms and most PTT radios, this Eartec Max4G Headset is single-eared and features a molded connection with 3.5 and 2.5mm plugs. Its headband is fully adjustable and its leatherette earpad fully encompasses the ear, thus providing a firm yet pleasant fit. Its on-board electret-condenser microphone is noise cancelling, and sits at the end of a boom arm that can swivel 270°.
You’ll note an inline PTT button for push-to-talk functionality. Rotating the microphone into a fully upright position—parallel to the headset’s headband—automatically mutes the microphone, ensuring a more convenient way to kill the signal to the mic rather than fumbling for a button on a beltpack. Lightweight at 5.0 oz, this headset sports a 3′ cable.
Eartec 8-Bay Multi-Port Charging Base
The Eartec Multi-Port Charging Base features 8 bays to recharge the batteries for UltraLITE, UltraPAK, and HUB. When the batteries reach full charge, the corresponding LED turns from red to green indicating that the battery is charged up and ready to go. The use of external batteries allows users to keep their systems up and running with minimal down time. The charge time is approximately three hours. The charging base ships with an AC adapter.
